Paid good money for the leather collection and is peeling off
When you pay $6000 for the set you expect it to last.
I know a few people that got the same set and this happend to there furniture as well.

Never.
I've had the right recliner replaced twice in 3 months, and now a few months later, the leather is permanently stained from just sitting on it and the cushions have totally broken down. Now, they want to charge me for delivery if I replace the whole thing.
I am not at all pleased or satisfied. Cindy Crawford is greedy for putting her name on this low-quality garbage.

They’ve responded to reviews saying, email us so we can help. I email, and they email back “no refunds we can only repair or replace”.
I said what about the warranty that says they can replace, repair, OR refund. Said doesn’t matter, no refunds, manufacturer defects can only be repaired or replaced . We will consider an exchange at 20% restock plus delivery fee.
Couch was $4,000. Never again.
The cushions are also not very good and the bad quality is hidden with pillows piled on. I contacted the company within 1hour of unpacking it and they wont take it back. They will only replace the ripped piece in a few days.
Rooms to go is operating like some yard sale operation. Once delivered, doesnt matter whats the issue, they say its yours we can only help you fix whats broken but no returns.
You cant fix a shedding couch, not even with a replacement of same couch that does same thing.
Huge quality issue I did not sign up for. Never buying from them or cindy crawford brand again.

]I purchased a sectional from RTG and have had it for two months. One of the recliners has a slanted frame and the recliner scrapes on the floor when opening and closing.
I had the same problem with piece they replaced a month ago. Its obviously a manufacturing issue. Im about to call for a second replacement. The first time they came out and tried to fix with spacers.
Thats when the recliner started making popping noises when operating. Poor quality. I wish I would have read the hundreds of bad reviews before I made the purchase.
Over 6k with stand alone recliner. I dont want to have to worry about this expensive purchase for the life of it which by reading these reviews probably wont be that long.

I bought this sofa in Oct '23 from Rooms-2-Go, Douglasville, GA. I immediately felt something pushing against my back.
I called the store for direction. Still in pain to this date.
The store says, 'No refund or exchange, you bought it, it's yours.' I will NEVER buy anything from them again (esp. not Cindy Crawford)!!!

OK I need 100 symbols. I grew up in New York. I live in Alaska now in between California for a little bit but Im old and my face is getting old and I cant afford to pay for expensive stuff for the face.

I have antenna TV and I see Cindys commercials all the time and I just like I said wanna talk to her Im gonna be 66 years old. My skin looks old. I dont worry about it too much but it would be nice to have a good products.

No response to my issue . Really bad customer service.
And quality issues with expensive products. ..
Great product, but you can never get it. This is my 3rd attempt.
Like I said, the product actually works, but why have it if they can never deliver it to you? I was charged $90 and never received anything.
The customer service said it was refunded; I have yet to check. The girl in customer service canceled my sub without me asking her to as well. Can someone please resolve this? Maybe Cindy Crawford herself can fix the issue.
I guess that's what it takes to get a delivery.

Preferred solution: An explanation of why your customer service has the correct address , but it's always been returned. Maybe Cindy Crawford can fly me to the distribution center , and then I can finally get the product!
Leather staining/discoloration
Cindy Crawford reclining leather sofa purchased from Rooms to Go and after a few months of use, the leather is very discolored in areas skin touches. No help or suggestions whatsoever from the store as we did not buy their warranty.

Poor quality, and horrible customer service
I did receive a reselect after several weeks of waiting for a reply.
They only give you 30 days to deselect or you lose everything.
You dont get an option to get a refund which is not fair to customers. Even if you are unable to find a replacement that you really like. Pick something or you lose.
In my case due to a major surgery that prevented me from driving and walking and not able to get to the showroom
I was rushed into choosing something.
Just uncaring bad customer service.
Just dont recommend this company!

The legs on our sofa, chair, loveseat and ottoman are wobbly and loose. They constantly turn in wrong directions.
There seems to be no way to tighten or screw them back in. Theres some type of weird bolt that cant be tightened.

Still pending. No contact from manufacturer
I pruchase the Wilkinsom furniture from Raymour and Flanigan. The items were wrapped up brand new.
We set.it up in March. We decided to paint our living room a few weeks ago amd there is a defect in the chair. The back is not even attached but were told we could not return or exchange amy items once they left the store.
These are very expensive pieces of furniture to fall apart so quickly. I do have pictures.

We absolutely love our recliner but obviously where this is fake material ( in the back of the chair ) is peeling like crazy. Unfortunately our recliner is in the middle of our living room and dining room so that is the first part everyone sees I would attach pictures so you can see
