I gave it 1 star because the loveseat is cute, lets see how long that last. We were having family over and was getting ready and the loveseat sofa bed, (pictures below), the mattress is HORRIBLE.

The mattress even looks used, Strings all over the mattress dangling like the mattress never went through approval section and it's a SEALY mattress.

It's a PIECE OF JUNK. I was told Rooms to go was great.

We had to buy something that would make the piece of junk comfortable, due to just the chunk of a mattress, you felt every spring and bar. this is the worst thing ever. NEVER!

NEVER! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I bought some Cindy Crawford furniture for rooms to go for our condo in Florida and the furniture cushions are wearing out after only 8 minths of use.

I am now on the 3rd sofa. Still having issues. The first sofa was cut on the bottom by the delivery service; I requested a replacement. The second sofa was faded down the front like it had been sitting in direct sunlight for a year. And so... third time is not a charm when it comes to the Cindy Crawford Bellingham sofa. The back of the sofa creaks every time you sit down and/or lean back. I put in a service request. The technician said he could see no visible damage but agreed that the cushions felt as if he was sitting on the floor. Well, he sends 4 replacement cushions (2 seat & 2 back) by UPS, which were supposed to magically correct the creaking defect.

Absolutely no help at all.

Just deliver a new sofa free of defects or issue a refund.

My 25-year-old sofa looked better than this.

When you pay $6000 for the set you expect it to last.

I know a few people that got the same set and this happend to there furniture as well.

Beyond disgusted with the quality.

Should get a refund or replaced furniture

I've had the right recliner replaced twice in 3 months, and now a few months later, the leather is permanently stained from just sitting on it and the cushions have totally broken down. Now, they want to charge me for delivery if I replace the whole thing.

I am not at all pleased or satisfied. Cindy Crawford is greedy for putting her name on this low-quality garbage.

]I purchased a sectional from RTG and have had it for two months. One of the recliners has a slanted frame and the recliner scrapes on the floor when opening and closing.

I had the same problem with piece they replaced a month ago. Its obviously a manufacturing issue. Im about to call for a second replacement. The first time they came out and tried to fix with spacers.

Thats when the recliner started making popping noises when operating. Poor quality. I wish I would have read the hundreds of bad reviews before I made the purchase.

Over 6k with stand alone recliner. I dont want to have to worry about this expensive purchase for the life of it which by reading these reviews probably wont be that long.

I bought this sofa in Oct '23 from Rooms-2-Go, Douglasville, GA. I immediately felt something pushing against my back.

I called the store for direction. Still in pain to this date.

The store says, 'No refund or exchange, you bought it, it's yours.' I will NEVER buy anything from them again (esp. not Cindy Crawford)!!!

Nothing happened. I watch her commercials and I just want to talk to her.

OK I need 100 symbols. I grew up in New York. I live in Alaska now in between California for a little bit but Im old and my face is getting old and I cant afford to pay for expensive stuff for the face.

anyway, I just want to talk to her. Thank you.

I have antenna TV and I see Cindys commercials all the time and I just like I said wanna talk to her Im gonna be 66 years old. My skin looks old. I dont worry about it too much but it would be nice to have a good products.

No response to my issue . Really bad customer service.

And quality issues with expensive products. ..

Like I said, the product actually works, but why have it if they can never deliver it to you? I was charged $90 and never received anything.

The customer service said it was refunded; I have yet to check. The girl in customer service canceled my sub without me asking her to as well. Can someone please resolve this? Maybe Cindy Crawford herself can fix the issue.

I guess that's what it takes to get a delivery.

Cindy Crawford reclining leather sofa purchased from Rooms to Go and after a few months of use, the leather is very discolored in areas skin touches. No help or suggestions whatsoever from the store as we did not buy their warranty.

Cindy Crawford product piece of *** . No customer service from the Brick Canada and not trying to work with you to reimburse your money.

Quality control awful. The products full of defects. DO NOT BUY CINDY CRAWFORD PRODUCTS.

Cindy Crawford should be on on top of her product quality if she cares about her reputation. CRAP CRAP CRAP

I did receive a reselect after several weeks of waiting for a reply.

They only give you 30 days to deselect or you lose everything.

You dont get an option to get a refund which is not fair to customers. Even if you are unable to find a replacement that you really like. Pick something or you lose.

In my case due to a major surgery that prevented me from driving and walking and not able to get to the showroom

I was rushed into choosing something.

Just uncaring bad customer service.

Just dont recommend this company!
